We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Specialist to lead our kitchen team at beBee Professionals in Canterbury, UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring excellent food presentation, and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu.
  • Ensure the presentation, taste, and portioning of food meets our restaurant's standards.
  • Monitor food inventory and assist with stock control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
  • Develop new menu ideas and seasonal dishes.
  • Adhere to food safety procedures and ensure compliance with food hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred).
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Creativity and passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
