You will work closely with the Executive Head Chef, who has spent 25 years perfecting their craft in renowned fine dining and gastro kitchens. About the Position

This role requires an individual with extensive experience in professional kitchens, boasting at least 10 years of expertise in delivering high-quality fresh food. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership skills, excellent butchery, fish filleting, and pastry skills, and be capable of managing any section within the kitchen. Additionally, they should hold a Level 2 Certificate in Food Hygiene and Health and Safety (Level 3 preferred), have a full UK driving license, and be passionate about working in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Executive Head Chef
  • Assisting with menu and event ideas
  • Stock control and maintaining high standards of health and safety and cleanliness
What We Offer
