Administrative Support Specialist

A highly organized and detail-oriented individual is sought after to provide administrative support and assistance to a busy professional in managing their daily tasks and schedules.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word for basic bookkeeping and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record all share transactions on spreadsheets, including listings for Capital Gains Tax calculation.
- Pay bills related to properties and log them as outgoings for the annual Tax Return.
- Obtain quotes for building works and coordinate with tenants.
- Track bank account details from Internet banking and report balances to the Managing Director twice weekly.
- Secure quotes for family and company insurance policies (buildings and vehicle fleet).
- Perform additional tasks as requested by other members of the Company within the scope of this role.
- Monitor issues affecting the Company, including both offices and warehouse locations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in clerical and office procedures.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word for basic bookkeeping and clerical tasks.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
