Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team at Heidelberg Materials AG. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the day-to-day operation of customer orders, including receiving and processing orders, pricing, and updating customers on progress.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders and resolve any queries or issues in a timely manner.
- Proactively pursue sales leads and add value to every order to drive business growth.
- Liaise with the sales team leader to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Proven customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience in SAP a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive approach.
