You will also be responsible for proactively pursuing sales leads, liaising with the Sales Team Leader on a daily basis, and resolving queries within agreed time limits.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the day-to-day operation of a designated area/region within the National Customer Support Centre
* Deliver first-class Customer Service
* Receive and process orders
* Price and process quotations
* Add value to every order
* Pro-actively pursue sales leads
* Liaise with Sales Team Leader on a daily basis to ensure smooth running of a designated area to give the customers a professional service
* Resolve queries within agreed time limits
* Any other duties to ensure smooth running of the Support Centre
* Any other duties as requested by your manager

Requirements:

* Proven customer service
* Good telephone manner
* Ability to prioritise
* Good communication skills
* Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
* Work on own initiative
* Positive and proactive approach
* Friendly and outgoing personality
* Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
