As an experienced Facilities Operations Director, you will have the opportunity to step into our dynamic restaurant environment and oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can contribute to our mission of introducing inspiring hospitality concepts to the London restaurant scene and beyond. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Create and manage the departmental budget, including forecasting expenses and tracking expenditures.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all machinery, equipment, and facilities, ensuring timely completion.
  • Implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Identify and address potential safety hazards or regulatory compliance issues promptly.
  • Develop long-term maintenance strategies aligned with the company's operational objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality work.
  • Oversee the procurement of maintenance supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance performance, highlighting key metrics such as downtime, cost, and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain the department's efficiency and effectiveness.

Competitive Remuneration Package:

We offer an attractive annual salary based on your skills and experience (£60,000 - £80,000), plus a referral scheme with a £300 bonus for a successful candidate. Additionally, enjoy complimentary meals and generous staff discounts at our restaurants.
