About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to spearhead our demand generation efforts and drive revenue growth at Energy Aspects. As the Head of Demand Generation and Revenue Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive qualified leads and revenue growth, aligning with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and events.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Marketing Technology: Utilize marketing automation platforms to streamline and scale demand generation efforts, staying up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and trends.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Work with marketing automation/ops to develop dashboards and reports to track key demand generation metrics and KPIs, analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation, lead scoring, lead follow-up, and lead nurturing processes, communicating demand generation plans, progress, and results to stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: 8+ years of experience in a senior demand generation role, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of demand generation professionals.
  • Demand Generation Experience: Extensive experience in demand generation, with a strong understanding of marketing automation, content marketing, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: A data-driven mindset, with a strong proficiency in analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, present strategies, and collaborate with other departments.
  • Customer Understanding: A deep understanding of the customer journey and the ability to drive the delivery of personalized and targeted campaigns that address the specific needs and pain points of different customer segments.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee the execution of multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
