Your RoleAs our GTM Strategy Lead, you'll be responsible for driving innovation and growth through strategic program development and execution. You'll work closely with senior management to inform decision-making and ensure the success of our transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a robust short- and long-term roadmap for strategic programs, ensuring we prioritize high-impact projects that drive growth.
- Regularly report on program effectiveness to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy consulting, or program management, ideally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale, ambiguous projects with the ability to define objectives and make quick decisions.
- A strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on experience in synthesizing data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-evolving environment.
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
