Senior Manager of Customer Engagement Innovation

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Engagement Innovation to lead onsite management of our global innovation group, Mastercard Foundry. This role is responsible for developing and presenting content across a broad range of subjects, including digital payments, emerging technology, consumer behaviors, cybersecurity, data technologies, and next-gen experiences.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of creative problem-solving, strong personal presence, ability to manage change, thrive under pressure, and focus on execution, details, and organization.
- Strong storytelling skills and demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
- Superior relationship-building skills.
This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio of writing experience. The successful candidate will also have the ability to coordinate with regional account & sales teams.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Manager of Customer Engagement Innovation will be responsible for producing custom presentations to articulate Mastercard's leadership position in payments/Fintech, inclusive growth, cybersecurity, data services, and innovation through thought leadership and content strategy.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager of Customer Engagement Innovation. As a key member of our innovation group, you will play a critical role in shaping our customer engagement strategy and delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
What You Will Do- Develop and present content across a broad range of subjects, including digital payments, emerging technology, consumer behaviors, cybersecurity, data technologies, and next-gen experiences.
- Lead onsite management of our global innovation group, Mastercard Foundry.
- Coordinate with regional account & sales teams.
- Produce custom presentations to articulate Mastercard's leadership position in payments/Fintech, inclusive growth, cybersecurity, data services, and innovation through thought leadership and content strategy.
