Recruiting for a Global Managing Partner Support Specialist to support the Senior Leadership of a leading international law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complex diary management, including organizing meetings with participants in different time zones, and forward planning on the Senior Leadership's diary up to one year in advance.
  • Organizing all travel arrangements, including booking hotels, flights, and local transportation, visa applications, expense claims, and business-related functions.
  • Working closely with the Chief of Staff to prioritize the Senior Leadership's time appropriately and ensure adequate support is provided for all interactions.
  • Liaising closely with all EAs/PAs to the ELG members and the Senior Partner to ensure good coordination of activities, particularly travel.
  • Use of CRM system - recording meetings, contacts, and meeting notes where appropriate in the firm's CRM system, InterAction.
  • Document Production - Working on Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Providing ad-hoc support, where necessary, to ensure that the Senior Leadership, Chief of Staff, and Director of Strategy Implementation are able to perform their roles.

This role requires previous law firm experience.
