About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Parts Sales Advisor to join our Proactive Parts team at our Milton Common Head Office.
As a key member of our team, you will utilize our innovative tools and technology to provide outstanding service to our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and taking appropriate action
- Utilizing our Proactive Parts App to contact customers with personalized offers
- Maintaining regular communication with customers throughout the sales process
- Liaising with colleagues from other departments
About You
We are looking for an individual with experience in the Parts industry, preferably in the Agricultural or Golf & Turf sector.
Alternatively, we welcome applications from individuals with a farming or agricultural background who possess knowledge of the industry, machinery, and terminology.
Key Skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Golf & Turf/Agricultural machinery
- Previous experience working within a John Deere or other machinery dealership
- Previous Parts experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems
The Benefits
We offer a competitive basic annual salary, discretionary performance-related bonus, up to 25 days holiday, pension scheme, free financial planning service, and on-going training.
Hours of work are 8am - 5/5.30pm Monday to Friday, with 8am - 12.30pm Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
