About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Proactive Parts department at our Milton Common Head Office.

As a key member of the team, you will utilize our innovative tools and technology to provide outstanding service to our customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming customer calls and taking the necessary actions
  • Utilizing our Proactive Parts App to contact customers with tailored offers
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to delivery and invoicing
  • Liaising with colleagues from other departments

About You

The ideal candidate will possess experience in the Parts industry, preferably in agriculture or golf and turf, or have a background in farming/agriculture with knowledge of machinery and terminology.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of golf and turf/agricultural machinery
  • Previous experience working in a John Deere dealership or similar environment
  • Previous Parts experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a confident telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently, managing your own workload, while also being a team player

The Benefits

Our comprehensive package includes a competitive basic annual salary, discretionary performance-related bonus, up to 25 days' holiday (plus Bank Holidays), pension scheme, free financial planning service, and ongoing training.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8am - 5/5:30pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis (8am - 12:30pm)
