Payroll and Benefits Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and guidance to Line Managers and employees on employment law, policies, and procedures. This will involve supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless delivery of HR services.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is £31,067 - £33,366 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package worth £45,334 (includes pension contribution and full holiday entitlement).

- Proven experience in HR advisory or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
