Job Description:

The Sales Training and Development Manager will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our sales teams at Linnk Group.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced sales trainer who can design and deliver innovative training programs that drive results.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales training and development, with experience working with sales teams and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans that address identified needs.
  • Design and deliver training content that is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with learning objectives.
  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior sales teams to identify staff training needs through various methods, including sales performance reviews and feedback.
Salary:

$90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
