About the Job:
">We are looking for an experienced Operating Department Practitioner to join our Theatre team at North Downs Hospital in Caterham.
">As an Orthopaedic Scrub ODP, you will be responsible for supporting our team in delivering high-quality patient care and achieving excellent clinical outcomes.
">You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and develop your skills and expertise in a supportive environment.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical scrubbing, particularly in orthopaedics, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament surgeries.
">In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
">We offer a competitive salary of £36,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days' annual leave, private pension scheme, and flexible shift patterns.
