We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Support Specialist to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support and assistance with basic issues and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance with basic issues and troubleshooting
  • Work on project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring key deliverables are met
  • Assist with setting up laptops, phones, and IT systems for new starters
  • Keep track of IT equipment inventory, including issuing, tracking, and maintaining devices
  • Gain experience using Power Apps and Azure-based platforms to streamline processes and support IT initiatives
  • Deploy new devices and conduct IT audits across 12 branches across the south of England

Requirements:

  • A university graduate with a relevant degree or 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Basic understanding of IT equipment (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous exposure to an IT support or project management environment
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
