About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Educational Healthcare Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with students with Special Educational Needs, providing tailored support and care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist students with daily living activities such as feeding, mobility, and personal care.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to develop personalized education and health care plans.
  • Keep accurate records of students' progress and care needs.
Requirements:
  • A caring and patient approach, with a genuine interest in supporting students with SEN.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or educational support role is desirable but not essential.
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care or special educational needs are preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits

You will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.90+ per hour, depending on experience and additional duties. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, helping you to advance your career.
