About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Support Volunteer for Children and Families to join our team at DeedMob B.V. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with children and families, providing emotional support and guidance when needed.

The successful candidate will be someone who is empathetic, understanding, and able to build strong relationships with others. As a Support Volunteer, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with Specialist Carers and Nurses to deliver high-quality support services.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a compassionate individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children and families
  • Work collaboratively with the Specialist Carers and Nurses to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and other stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and families in a similar capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and think critically
  • Compassionate and empathetic towards children and families
