We're seeking a talented Team Leader to join our retail team at Craven Cottage, home of Fulham FC. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide an outstanding experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of events and services
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
