About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned sales executive to join our team as a Sales Executive in Alternative Investments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, a strong network of contacts, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge to drive growth.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their investment needs.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, aligning with business objectives.
  4. Stay informed about market developments and competitor activity, adapting sales approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
  5. Utilize CRM software to track sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline performance, optimizing sales processes and driving results.
  6. Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and roadshows, fostering brand awareness and driving sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in asset management sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, including alternative UCITS.
  • Results-driven approach to sales, with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package, including bonuses and stock options, as well as comprehensive benefits and perks.
