**Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited. As an IT Analyst, you will provide technical support across various levels, offering first, second, and third-line support to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide first-line support for IT and audio-visual technologies
* Efficiently manage support calls, escalating when required
* Troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues as part of second and third-line support
* Assist with the installation and maintenance of servers, applications, and network equipment
* Lead technical projects, from identifying needs to full implementation
* Ensure security through regular updates, security scans, and managing backup operations
* Work closely with the IT Operations Manager on packaging and delivering applications
* Maintain the IT asset database and manage licensing compliance
* Maintain user accounts and assist with Starter and Leaver processes
**Requirements**
* Demonstrable experience working within a similar role
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to configure and maintain network equipment and servers
* Experience managing technical projects from start to finish
* Proactive and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player
**Location**
This role is based on site 5 days a week in Cambridge.
