About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at St Andrews Healthcare in Northampton. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading the management of patients with complex needs and promoting innovation and improvement of services.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team and oversee the management of patients with often complex needs.
  • Promote innovation and improvement of services, with scope to develop your specialist interests and grow your remit and responsibilities.
  • Have an office and the support of an associate specialist as ward doctor and a full MDT including Clinical Administrators and Personal Assistants dedicated to your wards and service.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:



  • A CCT in General Adult, Forensics, Learning Disability, Old Age or CAMHS.
  • An ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • A passion for transforming care and improving patient outcomes.
