As a Band Occupational Therapist, you will be working with older adults with functional and organic mental health conditions.
Job Description- To provide specialist assessments and treatments as part of a multidisciplinary team, utilising evidence-based best practice.
- To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions using the Model of Human Occupation.
- To deliver occupational therapy and expertise, providing specialist occupational therapy interventions underpinned by the Model of Human Occupation and the principles of recovery.
- To provide occupational therapy assessments, advice, and interventions to support patients to engage in occupational activity and increase function.
- To work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team and demonstrate a flexible approach to working in support of the whole inpatient team.
