About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our ward-based pharmacy team at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of the ward-based clinical pharmacy team to complete medicines reconciliation for patients and associated tasks.
  • Contribute to the dispensary team to undertake dispensing and final accuracy checking of prescriptions.
  • Develop new skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with a nationally recognised Pharmacy Technician qualification, registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and experience working in a pharmacy environment. A Technician Checker qualification or willingness to undertake in-house training is also essential.
