Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Enablement Manager to join our team at Showpad. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering best-in-class enablement programs to support sales teams in driving revenue growth.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement enablement programs to drive sales performance
  • Conduct training sessions to equip sales teams with the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Analyse sales metrics to inform enablement strategies

Compensation Package: £70,000 - £90,000 per year
