The Sales Director is looking for a Senior Sales Director for National Accounts to manage the company's top-tier accounts across Grocery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience within National Accounts, with experience of managing Top 4 Grocery customers. They will be responsible for full P&L responsibility for Top 4 Grocery retailers, leading and motivating the sales team, and working alongside the Sales Director to deliver a successful sales strategy.

Key Duties Include:

  1. Full P&L responsibility for Top 4 Grocery retailers
  2. Lead and motivate the sales team
  3. Work alongside the Sales Director to deliver a successful sales strategy, focusing on account growth of existing retailers, new business and NPD
  4. Develop and implement POS & merchandising solution to raise brand awareness instore

Key Experience & Skills Required:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience within National Accounts, with experience of managing Top 4 Grocery customers
  • Experience or an interest in the health & beauty industry
  • People management experience would be desirable
  • Ambitious and entrepreneur spirit
