  • Spearhead business development efforts to sell capital equipment across various sectors and industries
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful order conclusion
  • Conduct market analysis, assess the competitive landscape, and synchronize sales and service structures to drive growth
  • Expand sales and service activities by establishing, developing, and supporting Falch branches and their teams
  • Collaborate with headquarters to plan, monitor, and control budgets effectively

Your Talent

  • Hold a technical education and possess several years of professional experience in direct sales of technical capital equipment
  • Prior experience in the renovation or industrial cleaning industry is highly valued
  • Demonstrate excellent technical understanding and a pragmatic, hands-on approach
  • Showcase pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and leadership capabilities
  • Have English language skills at a native speaker level
