About Milk Education

We are a rapidly expanding education consultancy with a unique approach, seeking an experienced Leadership Consultant to drive the growth of our Early Years division in Newcastle.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to spearhead strategy, shape business plans, and oversee the expansion of our Newcastle office.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, including client relationship management, candidate sourcing, full-cycle recruitment, market analysis, and business development.

You will play a crucial role in driving success through end-to-end engagement with both clients and candidates, ensuring growth and excellence in every step of the process.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and grow their own team, progressing into a Senior Lead position and ultimately moving toward an Associate Director role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth and success of the Early Years division
  • Spearhead strategy and shape business plans
  • Oversee the expansion of the Newcastle office
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle
