We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Joneshouse Recruitment Ltd. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of our residential childcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager in the management of the residential childcare service
- Ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained for children and young people
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the service
- Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
