Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue sales opportunities through client referrals, internal networks, corporate relationships, and personal connections.
  • Customer Service: Deliver superior customer service by promptly handling all customer inquiries and complaints, and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Product and Service Promotion: Establish and maintain the highest level of customer care and delivery standards, ensuring customer queries and complaints are addressed in a timely and amenable manner.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing clients through regular contact and relationship building.
  • Branch Operations: Support the branch's business development initiatives by promoting and attending business development and sales events, and processing new account applications.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented atmosphere within the banking hall, and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
