At Coalesce Recruitment Limited, we are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance expertise to our clients in Cambridgeshire.

About the Job

We require an experienced professional with a background in field service / engineering who can perform routine service, maintenance, calibration, repair, and installation of laboratory equipment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with laboratory equipment / instruments, medical equipment, or dental equipment.

  • Travel extensively throughout Cambridgeshire, performing on-site service, maintenance, calibration, repair, and installation of laboratory equipment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Prepare and submit detailed service reports and calibration certificates.
Key Responsibilities

As a Field Service Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring timely completion of service tasks.
  • Providing expert technical support to clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records of service activities.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
