Company Overview: As a leading independent Laboratory Equipment Provider, we are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. Located in Cambridgeshire, this role offers a competitive salary of £36,000 - £40,000, plus a company car and 20 days' holiday, rising to 25 with service.

Job Description: We require a skilled engineer to travel throughout Cambridgeshire, performing on-site service, preventative maintenance, calibration, repair, and installation of laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, incubators, pumps, vacuum concentrators, and agitators within hospitals, Universities, and research establishments. You will complete service reports and calibration certificates, demonstrating strong written communication and customer service skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will possess a mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow strict instructions, and previous experience working within a field service or engineering-based role. Individuals with experience of laboratory equipment, medical devices, or PAT testing would be advantageous. A full UK driving licence is essential for business travel, including overnight stays.
