Role Overview

As a Maintenance Engineer with our client in Nostell, Wakefield, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our factory's manufacturing equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain plant-wide systems and equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimise machine set-ups and changeovers.
  • Implement and oversee PPMs and commissioning stages.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering, such as NVQ, City and Guilds, ONC, BTEC.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Salary: £51,097 per annum (£46,839 during commissioning stage).
