This fast-paced production facility is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to support their growth. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring production efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address breakdowns promptly and safely, minimizing production downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex maintenance issues.
- Develop and implement planned maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure.
- Foster a culture of health and safety within the production area.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant NVQ Level 3 training or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems and software
Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of £48,500-£50,000 per annum, based on experience. A continental shift pattern, including rotating days and nights, is also provided.
