We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering & Manufacturing team in a FMCG environment. The role involves maintaining and improving the performance of all line machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure operational performance.
  2. Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns to minimise production downtime.
  3. Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to improve machinery lifespan.
  4. Adhere to company's health and safety policies at all times.
  5. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
  6. Document all maintenance and repair work for future reference.

Requirements

A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:

  1. Recognised Engineering qualifications, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
  2. Prior experience working in an FMCG environment.
  3. Strong technical skills with a good understanding of machinery maintenance best practices.
