This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, working in our Derbyshire office. As our new Personal Assistant and Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our team, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with clerical duties including filing, organising documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate business and personal appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.
- Maintain an organised workspace and ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure commercial and residential property insurance is adequate for the company's needs.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, including tax, MOT, and insurance.
- Maintain confidentiality within the role.
Required Skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills with task prioritisation.
- Strong clerical abilities with office administration experience.
- Quick and accurate typing skills.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and professional communication.
