Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of £26,000 per year, working Monday to Friday in person. As our new Personal Assistant and Administrator, you will be responsible for managing phone calls and correspondence, performing data entry tasks accurately, and assisting with various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  2. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  3. Assist with clerical duties including filing, organising documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  4. Coordinate business and personal appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.
  5. Maintain an organised workspace and ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  6. Oversee commercial and residential property insurance to ensure adequate coverage.
  7. Ensure all company vehicles are taxed, MOT'd, and insured as required.
  8. Maintain confidentiality within the role.

Requirements

  1. Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
  2. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  3. Strong clerical abilities with experience in office administration.
  4. Ability to type quickly and accurately.
  5. Demonstrated proficiency in phone etiquette and professional communication.
