Dedicated Support Staff for Students with Additional Needs

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a SEND Learning Support Assistant / LSA.
The successful candidate will work with students across all Key Stages, providing support and assistance with their educational and social development.
About the Job:This role requires someone with experience working with children with Autism / ASD, SLD / Severe Learning Difficulties, and challenging behaviours.
Responsibilities and Requirements:- Support students with additional needs/disabilities
- Assist students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) and challenging behaviours
- Relevant experience working with children with additional needs/disabilities
- Level 2 or 3 CACHE or equivalent preferred but not essential
- Team-Teach or MAPA qualifications desirable
- A competitive salary of £12.25 per hour
