Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a 1-2-1 basis with children who have additional needs.
  • Support the class teacher during lessons.
  • Work with small groups of pupils.
  • Run small group support sessions.
  • Assess and report to the class teacher.
  • Work across all year groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A recognised Teaching Assistant Qualification.
  • Experience working within a school environment.
  • A passion for working with young people and enhancing their learning.
