SEND Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Educational Assistant to provide support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Redditch.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 NVQ certificate related to Education or equivalent, and be comfortable working with students who require additional support.

The role involves providing one-to-one assistance, leading group work, and supporting the class teacher with pupil observations.

Requirements
