Job Title: Special Educational Needs Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support to a Year 3 student with Autism and lower level ability. The ideal candidate should have a Level 3 qualification and long-term experience working in SEN settings, particularly with children on a one-to-one basis.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:
  • Encouraging and motivating children to access the curriculum
  • Supporting children with behavioral difficulties and keeping them on task
  • Communicating with the SENCO, leadership team, and parents to ensure individual education plans (IEPs) are met
  • Completing IEPs to record children's accomplishments
