Our firm is hiring an office administrator to assist our accounts team with data processing, data management and day to day activities.

Responsibilities will include processing and filing sales, processing payments and maintaining records of orders, invoices and receipts on both purchase and sales sides. While full training will be given it would be an advantage to be familiar with digital accounts software, preferably Sage.

Job Qualifications:

- Minimum GCSE Maths and English A-C
- Basic computer skills essential and ideally be proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Hardworking and reliable with good initiative, able to work on their own and as part of a team

Conditions and pay:

- Mon - Fri 40 hours per week
- Office based near Ashbourne (DE6 1JL)
- Own travel essential
- Starting salary dependant on experience

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
