Accounts and Administration Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to grow in the role, develop their career. The role is working in a lovely office with a friendly and supportive team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Accounts team with Bookkeeping responsibilities.
- Processing supplier and sales invoices.
- Reconciliations on the accounting systems.
- Supporting with subcontractor payroll runs.
- Supporting with reporting.
- Data Entry and project work.
- Dealing with queries and providing a high level of customer service.
- Providing day to day general administrative support to the accounting and HR teams.
- Supporting with ad-hoc projects.
Experience and skills required:
- Experience in an accounts or administration role
- Knowledge of Xero would be an advantage
- Knowledge of accounting systems
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage own workload
- Excellent IT Skills - experience working on systems projects would be an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
