Job Title: Senior Mental Health Practitioner

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Remote (Hybrid Working)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at NonStop Consulting. As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing tailored care plans and interventions to individuals with mental health issues and substance misuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to support individuals in their recovery journey
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on mental health and substance misuse
  • Conduct assessments and risk assessments to identify individuals' needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with mental health issues and substance misuse
  • Sound understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience in the field of safeguarding and knowledge of safeguarding procedures
  • Valid Social Work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, BA in Social Work or equivalent)
  • Registration with Social Work England
