About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our Community Mental Health Team at Tewv Brits. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to older adults with mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop care plans for older adults with complex mental health needs
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff members
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Post-graduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, social work, occupational therapy)
  • Significant experience working with older adults with mental health difficulties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
