Mental Health Liaison Practitioner - Band 6*

* *Do you want to work for an inspiring and expanding service within CAMHS? This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner who is keen to apply their skills across a range of settings to help young people in crisis.
Excellent risk assessment and safety planning skills are essential to this role and you will be well supported to develop your ability in these areas.
You will be supporting young people and their carers who are presenting in mental health crisis across a range of settings including; General Hospitals, CAMHS Offices, online/ via phone and occasionally at home.
*Option for flexible ad-hoc bookings or arrange shifts with block-bookings
* Fast track compliance process with free DBS processing
* A choice of either daily or weekly payroll and a selection of faster payment options
* 24-hour service – with the ability to book shifts around the clock and in advance
* Free uniform and other protective equipment supplied
*Past experience as a qualified mental health practitioner
* Experience as a care co-ordinator
* CAMHS experience or crisis care experience
* You will need to be motivated, forward thinking and have a strong commitment to providing high quality care to provide the best outcomes for young people
* A current NMC pin
