About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our experienced clinical and management team in Blackpool Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service.

As a Consultant in Child Psychiatry, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children and adolescents with mental health issues.

You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team, comprising of Psychologists, Nurses, Family Therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver effective and evidence-based care.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for improving child and adolescent mental health services and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Team

Our CAMHS team is part of the Families Division within Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, which includes all hospital and community-based children's healthcare services across the area.

We are a forward-thinking and inclusive medical community, committed to the development and well-being of our staff.
