We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Divisional Manager to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruitment consultants, driving sales growth, and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, identifying new business opportunities and driving margin growth.
- Provide coaching and training to consultants to help them develop their recruitment careers and achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services and achieve business objectives.
