We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Divisional Manager to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruitment consultants, driving sales growth, and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, driving business growth and margin expansion.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members to help them develop their recruitment skills and career.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining senior-level relationships with key customers and target organizations.
