Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of recruitment consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, identifying new business opportunities and driving margin growth.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to help them develop their recruitment skills and career progression.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services and achieve business objectives.
